The part number PM215 corresponds to a very popular classic HVAC component from Car Care Parts and Siemens VDO (extensively cataloged today under Continental, VDO, and Murray using this identical base number).
Part Details & Function
- Description: Flange Mounted, Vented 12-Volt Interior HVAC Heater Blower Motor (Clockwise Rotation, Without Wheel/Cage).
- Function: Operates the interior heating and air conditioning system. It turns the cabin fan cage to pull and push air across the heater core or A/C evaporator to maintain passenger comfort and clear the windshield.
Vehicle Fitment
This flanged, single-shaft motor was heavily utilized by Ford Motor Company on their full-size trucks, vans, and full-size rear-wheel-drive sedans from the late 1970s through the late 1980s:
- 1980–1986 Ford F-150, F-250, and F-350 (Pickups with factory climate options)
- 1980–1983 Ford F-100
- 1980–1986 Ford Bronco (Full-size models)
- 1979–1991 Ford E-150, E-250, and E-350 Econoline Vans (Primary or rear aux configurations)
- 1979–1987 Ford LTD & LTD Crown Victoria
- 1979–1987 Mercury Grand Marquis & Colony Park / Country Squire

About Toohey Parts collection
These parts came from an
abandoned warehouse in Louisville Kentucky, after G.W. Toohey closed his 15
parts stores in the Kentucky area in 2001
We collected and shipped close to
200,000.00 new and reman N.O.S. parts from this Warehouse.
The Toohey parts stores were
closed in 2001 and the parts we have for sale are all new or remanufactured
parts from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s.
The net proceeds from these parts
go to the non-profit foundation in the efforts to fund our goals and help older
and future motorheads

We are not some big Corp. That can
afford to offer free shipping or free boxes and tape. Every time you purchase a
item from us. A true motorhead pulls the part, wraps it for safe shipping and
boxes the part.
This all cost money. so we use terms like box
rate A, B, or C
This is because some things are easy to ship and
other take a lot of time.
We charge a handling fee accordingly.
Between 2.50 and 25.00 (large bulky items)
As we work to make our store front better, we will
be offering other shipping companies
But at this time we only offer UPS shipping service
We also offer local pick ups
