Sorensen MR-54 distributor cap primarily fits late 1980s and early 1990s
Mitsubishi,
Dodge, and
Plymouth vehicles equipped with 4-cylinder engines (typically 1.5L, 1.6L, 1.8L, or 2.0L). It is commonly cross-referenced with
Standard Motor Products JH84 and
BWD C623.
Mitsubishi Fitment (Pre-2002)
This cap fits various Mitsubishi models from the mid-80s to the mid-90s:
- Mitsubishi Mirage: Most 1.5L and 1.6L 4-cylinder models from 1985 to 1992.
- Mitsubishi Galant: Select 2.0L 4-cylinder non-turbo models from 1989 to 1993.
- Mitsubishi Precis: All models from 1987 to 1994.
- Mitsubishi Cordia & Tredia: 1.8L and 2.0L models from 1984 to 1988.
Dodge & Plymouth Fitment (Pre-2002)
Because of the partnership between Chrysler and Mitsubishi (Diamond-Star Motors), many captive imports use this part:
- Dodge Colt / Plymouth Colt: Most 1.5L and 1.6L versions from 1985 to 1992.
- Dodge Colt Vista: 2.0L models from 1984 to 1991.
- Dodge Ram 50: 2.0L and 2.6L 4-cylinder engines from 1983 to 1989.
- Eagle Summit: 1.5L and 1.6L models from 1989 to 1992.

About Toohey Parts collection
These parts came from an
abandoned warehouse in Louisville Kentucky, after G.W. Toohey closed his 15
parts stores in the Kentucky area in 2001
We collected and shipped close to
200,000.00 new and reman N.O.S. parts from this Warehouse.
The Toohey parts stores were
closed in 2001 and the parts we have for sale are all new or remanufactured
parts from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s.
The net proceeds from these parts
go to the non-profit foundation in the efforts to fund our goals and help older
and future motorheads

About Shipping and Handling
We are not some big Corp. That can
afford to offer free shipping or free boxes and tape. Every time you purchase a
item from us. A true motorhead pulls the part, wraps it for safe shipping and
boxes the part.
This all cost money. so we use terms like box
rate A, B, or C
This is because some things are easy to ship and
other take a lot of time.
We charge a handling fee accordingly.
Between 2.50 and 25.00 (large bulky items)
As we work to make our store front better, we will
be offering other shipping companies
But at this time we only offer UPS shipping service
We also offer local pick ups
