Description

The Auto Care AC8207 air conditioner/HVAC relay specifically fits

select 1974 to 1982 Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles.

Because "Auto Care" was an older aftermarket house brand name, this exact part interchanges directly with the widely available Four Seasons part number 35925. It is a 12-volt, 3-terminal male blade relay equipped with a built-in mounting bracket.

Main Vehicle Compatibility

This relay was primarily used for either the A/C compressor control or the HVAC high-blower speed motor circuit on the following classic models:

Ford: Econoline vans (E-100, E-150, E-250, E-350), LTD, Custom, and Ranchero
Lincoln: Continental, Mark IV, Mark V, and Mark VI (frequently on models equipped with Automatic Temperature Control)
Mercury: Marquis, Grand Marquis, and Colony Park
